Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 24 to 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 2 to 7 days to let you know your order is on the way!
LOCAL DELIVERY:
During checkout, enter your address and continue to the “shipping details” button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 15 km of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Orders placed before 1pm during store hours will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside these hours will be delivered on the next day we are open.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped within 5 days using Canada Post. A standard shipping fee applies to orders shipping to Oakville and the surrounding areas, with an additional cost for Express Shipping.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Spend $250 and get free international shipping. We offer international shipping to the following countries:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- France
- Germany
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International shipping delivery time can vary depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Blooms of Love is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@bloomsoflove.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
